These seem like high quality bags. I dried some mint, and you could still smell it through regular zipper bags but not through these. The thickness seems like it will last a while and can stand up to some abuse. These bags didn't have any smell, so they should be great for long term food storage.

At first I Didn't know what to expect, but after using these bags for a week, I can see what the hype is about. While I rarely found myself sealing the bags (once), the ziploc feature worked perfectly. Using the oxygen absorbers and the name tags they provide (you'll go through so many you'll need the name tags), organization is very easy. Still weird using these more than plastics bags, but being able to use these in a microwave is a big difference. Definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for convenient and multi purpose usage.
