STEP 1

Place food and oxygen absorber(s) in your mylar bag.

STEP 2

Zip seal or heat seal your mylar bag while squeezing as much air out as possible.

STEP 3

Place remaining oxygen absorbers in an airtight container (e.g mason jar) or in another mylar bag then heat seal it while squeezing the air out once more.
