Quality materials, machined with care.

We carefully choose and process our aluminum. For example, we never add Bisphenol A (BPA) or other harmful chemicals to our mylar bags. Instead, we heat our high-quality aluminum to its boiling point in a vacuum chamber, letting it condense naturally. This exclusive “metalization” process is much more effective than the plating or coating techniques preferred by other brands. Furthermore, we include many sustainably sourced ingredients that help preserve our beautiful planet.

At Premount, we make all our mylar bags from three thick layers of aluminum. Most other mylar bag companies only use two layers to cut costs. As a result, these shortcuts are why you experience frequent pinholes with other mylar bags. However, our vacuum metalizing process allows us to add more protective layers, increasing rigidity and resisting dents and pinholes.
